Sue and Simon bought their four-bedroom Hertfordshire home in 2014, but the fake-Victorian extension has given the property a bad layout which is proving something of a nightmare. The couple also believe their home is by far the ugliest on their street. Enter architect Laura Jane Clark, who specialises in breathing new life into unappealing spaces.
