Magazine-style show on ITV that has been a mainstay on British daytime TV since 1988. It features a mix of entertainment, health, fashion, and beauty items along with debates on social affairs and interviews with well-known faces. It also includes a regular cookery slot. It initially aired from Granada TV's Albert Dock Studios in Liverpool, before relocating to a London base in 1996.
