A call is received detailing a male driving the wrong way up a slip road on the A19. Crewmates Ollie and James are immediately dispatched alongside the police to treat the patient, who it is believed is in the midst of a serious mental health crisis. In Middlesbrough, crewmates Paul and Abid are dispatched to a 64-year-old woman who has fallen while walking her dog and has a suspected broken hip. Despite her pain, the patient still manages to entertain the crew in the back of the ambulance. Narrated by Christopher Eccleston
