Ruth Watson visits the Kelly family in Bodmin Moor, Cornwall, owners of Grade I-listed building Kelly House, which dates back to the 1740s. A lack of funds has prevented treatment of walls blighted by dry rot, ceilings bowed by damp and a roof in need of repair. Ruth hopes to persuade Warin Kelly to set up a training programme for fledgling craftsmen so the property can benefit from their work
