The Machine directs Reese and Finch toward Michael Cahill, an air ambulance pilot who on the surface appears to be an unassuming and upstanding citizen. However, the pair become suspicious after discovering his helicopter is the frequent delivery vehicle for smuggler Neil Vargas.
