Coming up in Coronation Street spoilers for Friday, November 7, Costello gives Becky some advice she’d be wise to take.

This comes as Lisa puts a hold on her wedding plans to Carla after worrying about being accused of bigamy.

1. Lisa fears being a bigamist

Lisa chats to Costello and asks him if there’s a loophole that would allow her and Carla to marry despite Becky Swain being alive. He tells her that there isn’t.

Costello then suggests that she encourage Becky to go back to playing dead again.

After this conversation, Lisa tells an upset Carla that they can’t go ahead with the wedding at the moment as she could get accused of bigamy.

Carla then accuses Lisa of not being committed to their relationship.

Carla’s reaction prompts Lisa to open up to Betsy about their row. Betsy then angers Lisa by questioning whether she still holds a torch for Becky. But, does she?

2. Costello issues a warning to Becky

DI Costello meets up with Becky Swain and shocks her with the news that he’s booked her a one-way flight to Spain for tomorrow.

If she doesn’t leave this time, he’ll arrange to have her bumped off just like he did Tia Wardley. Brutal.

3. David and Shona’s anniversary takes a turn

David Platt pretends that he’s just bought Shona a pack of beer for their anniversary before surprising her with a meal at the bistro (oh wow, how romantic?!)

But, as they turn up, David realises he’s made a huge mistake. He’s booked the table for tomorrow instead.

The couple are then forced to share a table with Sarah and Kit. Just a tad bit awkward.

4. Will and Liam bond

Will Driscoll makes a friend in Liam on his first day at Weathy High. He then convinces him to skive, sharing a beer with him instead.

But, Maggie soon catches the lads drinking. How will she react?

5. Ruby’s in trouble

Ruby tells Tyrone that she’s being mocked for having a ‘cringey and clapped’ phone. She’s then told that they can’t afford a new one.

Later on, Hope shows Tyrone another nasty message she’s received with the exact same comment Ruby made earlier… Is Ruby Hope’s troll?
