Kirstie Allsopp and Phil Spencer meet a couple of doctors in need of a property re-think. Their three-bedroom Victorian semi in Newcastle is not working for them and their two young daughters. Kathleen loves the location and reckons the house could be made to work, but Tom wants to sell up and pursue a better life in the country.
