Experience
After studying journalism at Cardiff University, one of Helen's first jobs was at London's Time Out as a TV reviewer. She quickly moved on to become TV Editor at the Daily Express, and was given her own TV column in OK! Hot Stars called The Fear Factor! She later became Deputy TV Editor at Closer, then TV Editor at Reveal, before joining Entertainment Daily as TV Editor, and later TVGuide.co.uk She's also freelanced for publications including The Sun, The Mirror, Best, Bella, Stylist, Metro, Daily Telegraph, Good Housekeeping, Glamour, Good to Know, and Woman
Education
Helen received her BA from Middlesex University where she studied English Literature (when she's not watching TV, she's reading). She later completed a Post-graduate diploma in Journalism at Cardiff University.
