Experience
- After studying journalism at Cardiff University, one of Helen's first jobs was at London's Time Out as a TV reviewer. She quickly moved on to become TV Editor at the Daily Express, and was given her own TV column in OK! Hot Stars called The Fear Factor!
- She later became Deputy TV Editor at Closer, then TV Editor at Reveal, before joining Entertainment Daily as TV Editor, and later TVguide.co.uk.
- She's also freelanced for publications including The Sun, The Mirror, Best, Bella, Stylist, Metro, Daily Telegraph, Good Housekeeping, Glamour, Good to Know, and Woman.
Education
- Helen received her BA from Middlesex University where she studied English Literature (when she's not watching TV, she's reading).
- She later completed a Post-graduate diploma in Journalism at Cardiff University.
